We kindly invite you to participate in the conference which will be held during September 7 through September 10, 2008 at Eastern Mediterranean University (Famagusta, North Cyprus) organized by Mersin University, Eastern Mediterranean University, National Taras Shevchenko University, Institute of Mathematics of the National Academy of Science of Ukraine. This is the fourth traditional conference in the field of mathematical analysis, differential equations and their applications convened by the Eastern Mediterranean University. The first conference was held in August 26-30, 2003 in National Juriy Fedkovich University of Chernivtsi (Chernivtsi, Ukraine), the second was held in September 7-11, 2004 in Mersin University (Mersin, Turkey) and the third was held in Semtemper 18-23, 2006 in Uzhgorod National University (Uzhgorod, Ukraine). The conference languages are: Ukrainian, English and Russian. The Conference format includes the plenary lectures and the section sessions. The abstracts will be published prior to the beginning of the Conference.
